By submitting an order with us you will have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Please see our delivery section for delivery times and rates.


We take every care to ensure that the description of our products are correct. A product may vary slightly in colour from the one pictured on the website as our products are handmade.

Seren Skye accepts no responsibility for breakages by the customer, or for damage caused by failure to follow the washing instructions provided.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

We aim to display all of our existing products through this website, however occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this occurs we will inform you as soon as possible.


The contents of these pages (including written text, pictures and designs) are the copyright trademark or registered trademark of Seren Skye. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Copying, distributing or modifying of any of the designs or material available on this website in any form is strictly prohibited.


In the case of an order being painted incorrectly due to incorrect information given by the customer, no refund will be given.

In the case of us painting an order incorrectly in our error, a replacement item or full refund will be offered upon return of the faulty glassware. A photo of the error may be required.

All of our glasses are securely bubblewrapped, and breakages are very rare. In the event of a breakage this must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery by contacting kate@serenskye.co.uk. A picture of the breakage will be required, and we will work with the customer to resolve the matter.

The customer may cancel their order within 24 hours of the order being placed, by contacting kate@serenskye.co.uk.  However if the customer has placed an urgent order which we have already started working on or have already posted, then no refund will be provided.


We do not hold any credit or debit card details as payments are dealt with via PayPal.

We may use the email address you provide to send you information about future Seren Skye products or promotions.

No customer details held by us will be given out to a 3rd party without the customers permission.

Our customers sometimes kindly send us photos of their glass being used, and we will usually add this to the website or post on our Facebook page.

Seren Skye may provide links to other websites, but will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any websites which you may access via links from this website. Seren Skye does not oversee these websites and is not responsible for their content. Users are advised to read the privacy policy of other websites prior to using them.

Seren Skye will not be liable in the case of customer causing injury due to a broken glass, or for damage to products caused by failure to comply with the washing instructions.

Seren Skye makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, however it does not give any warranty to its accuracy and Seren Skye will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
